Kebab Knife Blade Sharpener
To sharpen the blade: remove the lid, run the knife to rotate the blade, firmly apply the flat edge of the sharpening stone to the flat of the blade
and gently move the stone in and out, retaining the flat angle. You should see a few sparks. If in any doubt about how best to sharpen blades, please contact the knife manufacturer.
